Welcome to GACS (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [https://www.gacs.io] and associated chatbot software, admin portals, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use GACS. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration and Access

  • To access certain features (such as the admin panel), you may be required to register an account and provide accurate, complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

  • GACS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of unauthorized activity.

3. Use of Services

You may use GACS Services for lawful business purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to transmit illegal, harmful, or misleading content

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt any part of the platform

  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

  • Use automated systems to extract data from our platform (scraping)

  • Upload content or training material you do not have the right to use

GACS reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, documents, or data (“Customer Content”) you upload or input into GACS. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your content solely to provide and improve the chatbot functionality.

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content. GACS does not assume liability for third-party data uploaded to the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the GACS platform, including but not limited to software, designs, UI/UX, branding, and content (excluding Customer Content), are owned by or licensed to GACS.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any GACS IP without prior written consent.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access, GACS may occasionally experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GACS is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy of chatbot responses

You use the platform at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GACS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you in any case will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using GACS at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date above.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
